300! And the Farm

Almost 4 years ago I decided to start a blog of my life. Unlike some people, I never deserted my blog. Haha!

I have posted poems, songs, videos, stories, pictures, and more. I have grown a lot since starting this. I, along with my older sister, took care of my Great-grandma about 6 months before she died at 108. I went to Haiti again, finished high school somewhere along the way, took a few extra classes, worked as a camp counselor twice, went to college twice (haha!), have had three more siblings get married, got three niblings, and a lot more things happened all along the way,

Through it all, God has been faithful. He has shown Himself strong and revealed more of His goodness to me. I have said a lot of mean things and done a lot of stupid stuff, but God is still good and is teaching me to love Him more.

"The LORD passed before him and proclaimed, 'The LORD, the LORD, a God merciful and gracious, slow to anger, and abounding in steadfast love and faithfulness.'"
~Exodus 34:6

To commemorate the fact that this marks the 300th post (wow, so amazing...not), I want you to see some pictures from Dad's and my walk last evening to the farm. It was beautiful.

Enjoy!

Sorry, there are about a bazillion right here. Woops!

A little wild flower bouquet I had put together earlier.

A dead tree in evening sun.

The corn field.

These little guys are in bloom all over the place right now.

Of course, I had to get a clover shot on the old farm road.

The moon looked transparent as the dark spots blended with the sky.

The old grazing field is full of these flowers. After the farmer died, I think they took the horse away. Poor Walnut, I miss you.
(Haha!)

I couldn't help myself from taking a bunch of pictures. It was so beautiful.

There was a lot of tall brown grass in the grazing field as well.

The old barn.

I have always wanted to see this little shed up close. We finally decided to walk down there.

It is always neat to see things from a different perspective than you have seen them before.

There goes "Mark Daddy."

From below.

This is just so picturesque.

To the little shed.

Into the sun.

We decided it was probably an old chicken coop.

Sunset from the chicken coop porch.

What a way to end a fine evening.
