Sick and "Preparing" to Move

Jacob and I got sick this week with colds, probably from school. Jacob's had two weeks of classes, and I had my first seminary wives (even though I'm a college wife) class this week. I hate colds. We just feel kind of bleh. Thankfully we've made it to the weekend, and hopefully Jacob will feel much better before he goes back to work on Monday. Yesterday we watched a stupid Hallmark type movie. Haha! I guess that's just what you're supposed to do when you're sick.

Anyway, you probably don't want to hear all about that.

In other news, we're moving to campus housing very soon. I have pretended to get rid of and organize, and I've even put our games in a box. Wow. I guess I don't feel as much stress since we're just moving within a city, not to another state.

I'll miss this little brick house for a lot of reasons, but there are some annoyances we really won't miss. Also, I think it will be good for our connections with people to live on campus. Besides, it's cheaper, so what's to lose?

Taliya is not sick yet. We'll see how long that lasts. Also, she's really growing up. Sometimes she's so cute, and sometimes she has so much attitude. Raising kids is not always very easy. But, we love her so much, and she can be so much fun. I'm about 20 weeks pregnant, and we haven't found out the gender yet. I'll let you know what we're having when we find out.

This is my second cup of tea today. It's throatcoat, and I like it a lot. It's expensive though, so I try to reserve it; but I do have a sore throat, so I'm drinking it now. The box back there is the one box I've packed.

Despite my illness (oh! I am dying!), I decided I better make bread today. Lately, we get to the weekend and have nothing to eat because of poor planning, so I figured it would be good to have a loaf of bread handy. I love this bread so much. The little skillet on the back burner is extra dough that is rising with herbs that I'll bake fresh for dinner or something.
