Early Snow

A couple weeks ago, we got our first snow. Later that week it was back up to the 70's. 

So many leaves were still on the trees. 

And flowers were still blooming. 

I picked the last of my peppers before the freeze ate them up.

I finally found out this is calendula. It turns out to be a very harder flower. It is one of the few things that survived freezing weather, and it's still blooming to this day. 

The cosmos did not make it. 

It didn't last long, but it was pretty.
