Cabin

I don't know why blogging has felt more tedious lately, but I don't want to stop. So, I end up posting things a while after they happen. For example, it's probably been a month or so since our cabin experience. We went to a park near Mammoth Caves and stayed in a cabin. It's what I wanted for my birthday. It was mainly a good trip, but the first night was horrible with the kids not sleeping. 

Our cabin was socute and cozy. Just what I was hoping for.

We went on a little hike through the woods and down to the Green River.

There were so many of these flowers along the way.

It was crazy to see the affects of the flooding from eearlier in the month. There were places probably 30 feet above the river that were completely under water. 

I had fun trying to get artistic  photos with the fire and my rootbeer bottle.
